From the shelf to your desk
A pad leaves the shelf, spends a few days in a carton and lands on your desk. We make what is inside the box, and our partner store runs the journey. Here are the four stops and what happens at each.
- The buttonEvery supply on our pages opens at the partner store. Your basket, your address and your payment all begin there.
- The checkoutThe store lists the delivery options for your address, with the arrival date and the shipping cost for each, before you pay.
- The roadOnce a carrier has the parcel, tracking appears on the store's order page and in the store's messages to you.
- The doorThe carrier delivers and the order page marks it complete. If the date passes with no box, that same page is where to raise it.

Worth knowing before a big box arrives
- The 11x14 inch hardcover pads need a flat place to wait. Do not stand them on a corner.
- Wooden art-set cases are the heaviest things we make. Open them flat on a table, since big sets are packed tight.
- Classroom packs of dot markers repeat each color, so count by color as well as by marker.
- Gel pen cases hold pens and refills together. Sixty and sixty is the count to check.
The first five minutes
Before the wrapping goes in the bin, make one test row: a stroke from each marker, a dot from each dauber, a line from each pen. It takes less time than making tea, and it tells you everything arrived the way it was packed.
Box damaged or a piece short? Open the store's order page, choose that item and pick the help option beside it. The store arranges the replacement or the refund.
