The second list lives with the partner store you ordered from, on the order page for that purchase. The store holds the order records, so it is also the faster route.
A note we can answer in one go
- Name the supplyThe set and its color count, or the pad and its size. The 168 markers tells us more than my markers.
- Name the paperThe brand, the weight if you know it, and whether it is coated. Half of all color questions turn out to be paper questions.
- Say what you were hoping forA smoother blend, a darker black, a page that stays flat. Then we can suggest the next thing to try.
We answer in the order notes arrive, usually within a few working days. A photo of the swatch beside the paper speeds things up.
